We use Superior for both our residential home and short term rental property. They do phenomenal work! They leave our home sparkling, even with our 3 dogs in the way. They also are very reliable to prepare our rental property for the next guests.

#1 Top Notch Excellent Cleaning Service!
Been with Superior over 4 years (service bi-weekly). I can’t say enough great things about the cleaning team and office staff, they are professional, respectful of your home, punctual, excellent customer service, they respond via email/text within 24hrs or sooner, and the staff is on top of notification with any schedule changes.

It goes without saying the service we look for that is hard to come by these days, this company surpasses expectations.

Thank you very much for the dedication your team provides and the support and loyalty your company continues to strive for.

Mercedes, Daniel and their team at Superior Cleaning Services have been taking care of our cleaning needs at our home, rental properties, investment properties, and offices since 2009. We’ve had Superior do it all; weekly cleanings, biweekly cleanings, monthly cleanings, quarterly cleanings, new construction cleanings, move out cleanings, move in cleanings, deep cleanings, spring cleanings, etc. The cleaning teams at Superior pay great attention to detail, are thorough and the cleanings are consistent. There is no one else in the greater Charlotte area that we would trust more than Superior!

They are truly superior, I wish more businesses were run this well.

I've used them for years and have no complaints. They are dependable, prompt, professional and excellent at their work. They are also very flexible and easy to communicate with.

I've recommended Superior Cleaning to a number of people, all of them have thanked me for the recommendation and are still using their services.
