How Superior Cleaning Service started
Our president and founder, Mercedes Montano, started Superior Cleaning Service in January of 1998 after ten years in the cleaning industry. Mercedes still oversees day-to-day operations, including sales, service, training, and hiring. The personal involvement is the reason the service has stayed consistent across nearly three decades.

Our team and how we train
Our team is 15-20 strong. Every cleaner is a Superior Cleaning Service employee, in uniform, trained on the Certified Occupational Residential Executive (CORE) cleaning process. The training covers how each room gets cleaned, what products and techniques to use, and how to communicate with clients during and after a visit.
We’re members of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI) and follow their professional standards of conduct. We’re fully insured and bonded. We’ve been BBB-accredited with an A+ rating since 2012, and we hold a 4.8 rating on Google.

We’re a proud partner of Cleaning for a Reason, a nonprofit that connects house cleaning companies with cancer patients in active treatment. Patients accepted into the program receive two free general house cleanings, one a month for two months, while they focus on their treatment and recovery.
The program is open to insured cleaning companies that perform background checks on their employees and commit to supporting at least two separate patients. We meet those requirements, and we have for years. The work matters because cleaning your own house is the last thing anyone going through chemotherapy or radiation should have to think about.
We don’t share patient names or stories out of respect for privacy. The work happens quietly. That’s the right way to do it.
